Watching the new Activation & Sync iPhone video today I noticed this screen at about the 6:16 mark. I found it funny that the iPhones being released this week are 4GB & 8GB, yet this clearly shows what would be equal to the 80GB iPod that’s currently available. I’m curious to know if this is a mixup on Apple’s part, or if this is a sign to show us what’s coming soon.
So my dad is always bugging me to try this site called Find Your Spot. You have to answer a lot of questions, but once you get them done, you’ll get a list of US cities (wish it also included Canadian cities as well!) that will be listed in order based on your answers to the questions. I think I counted about 150 questions in total, and having to give them some personal information about yourself, will put you on the fast track to getting your own list. I thought I would share my list with you:
Norfolk, Virgina
Charlotte, North Carolina
Chesapeake-Virginia beach, Virginia
Seattle, Washington
Baltimore, Maryland
Portland, Oregon
Long Island, New York
Hampton, Virginia
Greenville, North Carolina
Rocky Mount-Stony creek, North Carolina
Providence, Rhode Island
New York City, New York
Eugene, Oregon
Corvallis, Oregon
New Haven, Connecticut
Bellingham, Washington
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Raleigh, North Carolina
Durham, North Carolina
Chapel Hill, North Carolina
Bergen-Passaic, New Jersey
Olympia, Washington
Boston, Massachusetts
Manhattan, New York
Out of my list, I could see myself living in some of them. Some of them though I don’t think I would be able to find good tech jobs to keep my interest in technology going. I’ve always tried to think about my life without being involved with technology, but it’s too hard to do that. I’m also not saying that I’m looking for a new place to live, although that has crossed my mind. I think that this list does give me some good ideas of other places I could look for work if something were to ever happen to me here in Michigan.
If you happen to take this quiz yourself, please feel free to share them with us!
So I had a few free minutes yesterday and a customer was kind enough to send me this video. I found it funny enough I thought I’d share! I hope you enjoy this as much as I have!
Tomorrow I leavve for Microsoft EnergizeIT in Toronto. The event is on Saturday June 16th, however, Betsy Weber, TechSmith’s Cheif Evanglist, and I will be in town Thursday night. If you are in the area and want something to do on Saturday, come check out the event and stop by our table and demo that latest versions of our software and talk to one of our Tech Support Specialists in person! We hope to see you there!
